What to Expect
- Time: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM, approx. 7 hours
- Meeting Point: Your hotel lobby or a train station near the first location
- Language Support: JSL, IS, ASL, English, Japanese
- Pace: Flexible and customized to your interests and access needs

- A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- After we receive your deposit, we’ll schedule a video consultation to plan your personalized tour.
- If no deposit is made, consultations will be by email only.

Cancellation Policy
- The 30% deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellations made up to 3 days before the tour: refund of the remaining amount.
- In case of rain, itinerary changes are possible upon request, but no refunds will be issued.
